Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and other potential business partners regularly.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Conduct market visits and keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections wherever applicable.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
