About the role
Responsible for driving vehicle sales through dealer visits, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing. The Sales Manager will also oversee the yard 2–3 times per week and represent RideAgain when the Business Lead is not available.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through dealer visits, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
- Manage sales opportunities from lead generation through closing.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales within approved pricing and authority.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee the RideAgain yard 2–3 times per week, including vehicle readiness, inventory, and security.
- Coordinate with the mechanic/yard consultant regarding vehicle repairs and readiness.
- Act as the face of RideAgain when the Business Lead is not available.
- Maintain accurate sales, pipeline, and dealer activity reports.
- Escalate operational or commercial issues to the Business Lead as required.
