Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales and business growth across Modern Trade accounts, ensuring strong execution, distribution, and visibility in assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives for Modern Trade.
- Manage relationships with key retail accounts and stores.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store execution.
- Drive distribution, promotions, and merchandising activities.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular market visits and share competitor insights.
Requirements:
- 14 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably Modern Trade.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade operations and market dynamics.
