Financial Responsibilities:

• Generate Home Loan Leads from open market and through different channels.
• Develop and Maintain relationships with clients, builders, and contractors for repeat business and referrals.
• Implement and Develop Sales activities to achieve targets.
• Arrange Loan Events: Organize events/activities for lead generation.
• Handle Product queries and Service issues.
• Ensure the achievement of given business targets.
• Comfortable with travel, doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with the team or alone on a daily basis as required for business in the assigned area.
• Meeting Clients, Verifying Documents, Processing Files, Co-ordinating with Sanction/Disbursement of loans, and Relationship Management with the Client.

Non-Financial Responsibilities and Compliance Responsibilities:

• Conduct clear and honest deals with intact integrity; should not be involved in any kind of direct/indirect interest in the transaction.
• Maintain good and decent behavior while dealing with customers.
