Sales Officer

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with strong field sales experience in the beverage or FMCG sector. The candidate should have good market knowledge and the ability to drive secondary sales by covering retail outlets, increasing product visibility, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive secondary sales by visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
• Ensure product availability, display, and visibility in retail stores.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets to increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
• Ensure proper execution of branding and promotional activities in stores.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product off-take from outlets.
• Provide regular market feedback and daily sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• 14 years of field sales experience in beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail market and secondary sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
• Target-oriented and self-driven.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
