Sales Officer

Key responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer sales inquiries through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Follow up prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate customer orders with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and other concerned departments.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide product information and basic technical assistance regarding the Smart Block System.
• Assist the Technical Team during product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings when required.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support the company's sales growth.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, or a related industry.
• Experience in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of construction materials or technical products is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts and sales activities.
• Willing to assist in technical sales presentations and occasional site visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools.
• Willing to be assigned at the Taytay, Rizal Head Office.
