Sales Officer

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related field is an advantage

• Confident in handling inquiries, leads, and prospective customers
• Knowledgeable in lead generation, lead qualification, and sales conversion
• Willing to learn automotive products, services, and industry processes
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Able to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media, messaging platforms, CRM, or lead management tools is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, monitor, and manage incoming leads from various channels
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and qualify potential customers based on their needs and requirements
• Follow up with new and existing leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels
• Present and recommend appropriate automotive products and services to prospective customers
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments, sales, and service transactions
• Maintain accurate and updated lead records, customer information, and sales status
• Monitor lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handling and customer turnover
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the inquiry-to-purchase process
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and continuously develop potential sales opportunities
• Track individual lead conversion and sales performance against assigned targets
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversions, and sales activities
