Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive sales and expand the market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will handle field sales, customer relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites.
• Generate new leads and expand the dealer/customer network.
• Promote company products and increase market penetration.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in cement or building materials.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
