Sales Officer

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Meet with clients to identify their project requirements, technical needs, quantities, and budget.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates based on client requirements and company pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to validate costs and obtain necessary pricing approvals.
• Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Monitor and report daily sales activities, quotation conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Ability to gather client requirements, including project scope, quantities, technical specifications, and budget.
• Skilled in preparing accurate quotations and price estimates using company templates, product price lists, and pricing guidelines.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Technical, and Production teams for cost estimates and pricing approvals.
• Strong account management skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships and provide after-sales support and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in tracking sales activities, quotation success rates, and sales pipeline status for management reporting.
