Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, market research, networking, references, and cold outreach
• Travel across India to meet prospective customers and develop business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update lead status
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, technical discussions, and order execution
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of sales orders
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets
• Prepare visit reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in field sales and lead generation
• Willing and comfortable travelling extensively across India
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Must be based in Vadodara or willing to relocate to Vadodara-Halol
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM or lead-tracking system.
