Sales Officer | Cebu

JOB SUMMARY:

Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and networking
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct client visits and fieldwork
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Submit regular sales reports, updates, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for schedule and on-time delivery of reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

JOB COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to do fieldwork and travel if required

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
