Job Responsibilities Sales

• Take clients to view rooms and projects, and close sales
• Manage sales performance to meet company targets
• Negotiate terms between room owners and tenants; coordinate and maintain relationships with both parties throughout the lease period; resolve issues in each case to ensure satisfaction for all parties
• Present suitable rooms/condominiums that meet customers’ needs

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in "English"
• At least 1 years of work experience
• Able to travel for room viewings all the time based on client's requested
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work systematically
• Work 6 days per week (mainly in Sukhumvit area, Bangkok)
• No chronic illness and fit for work

งานด้านการขาย (Sales)

-พาลูกค้าชมห้องและโครงการ และปิดการขาย

-บริหารยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด

-เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขระหว่างเจ้าของห้องและผู้เช่า, ดูแลและประสานงานกับเจ้าของห้องและลูกค้าตลอดระยะเวลาของสัญญาเช่า, แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละเคส เพื่อให้ทุกฝ่ายเกิดความพึงพอใจ

-นำเสนอห้องพัก/คอนโดมิเนียมที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้

-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

-พร้อมออกเดินทางไปเปิดห้องในทุกวันทำการ

-กล้าที่จะพูดคุยและสร้างพัทธมิตรทางธุรกิจเจ้าใหม่ ๆ

-มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

-ทำงาน 6 วัน/ สัปดาห์ (ส่วนมากโซนสุขุมวิท กรุงเทพ)

-ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว พร้อมปฏิบัติงาน
