About the role

We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical Sales Operations & Dealer Support Executive to join our Sales Operation & Dealer Development Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales efficiency, supporting our branch network, and managing dealer programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with strong data skills to contribute to business growth and process digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Track, analyze, and report on branch and dealer sales performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Consolidate and summarize branch E-psi forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Oversee the administration and management of monthly, quarterly, and yearly dealer campaigns and incentive programs.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to branches to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to digitize workflows and optimize operational processes.

Job Requirements:-

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related support function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills to collaborate with internal branches and dealers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
