Sales Operation Assistant

Requirements

• University graduates in any disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience in sales operation support
• Solid experience in customer coordination and delivery arrangement
• Experience in trading or manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Initiative, detail-minded, energetic, dynamics with pleasant personality
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP and Outlook
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Follow up sales orders with customers, suppliers and internal parties
• Provide support on preparing quotation, sales invoices and purchase order
• Assist in logistics and delivery arrangement and preparing related documents
• Maintain the database of customers, pricing and sales order information
