What they need
Role & responsibilities :
Assure all Order Booked PO are received.
Delivery order to be issued of the ready material
Making Sales Order & Order confirmation sending to the customer
Assure OC are prepared in 48-72 Hours form PO received
Cross Check OC is prepared in accordance with PO received.
Making Inquires & Quotation in SAP.
Follow up for Signed Order Confirmation.
Updating cancellation of order due to various reason & short closing to low quantity after dispatch
If any return of vehicle due to any reason updating the same in SAP System & making all the necessary arrangement to close the issue.
Releasing container planning after approval from Account managers.
Co-ordination with SAP, QC and PPC team for matters relating to any Sap ISSUE.
Entry of Quality claims in the SAP
Making debit notes and credit notes in SAP.
direct communication with customers for Dispatch
