Responsibilities

• The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the operational backbone of the Company's sales function,
• exercising independent judgment and discretion to coordinate accounts, resolve customer and order issues, and translate business needs between the local sales team, customers, and headquarters in Japan.
• Maintains ongoing awareness of challenges affecting the sales function, proactively identifying and acting on opportunities to make sales activities more efficient.
• Analyzes competitor pricing and positioning, benchmarks the Company's market standing, and recommends pricing or positioning strategy.
• Develops sales and marketing presentation materials, exercising judgment in selecting content and messaging suited to the audience.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customer communications, independently evaluating and resolving purchase orders, invoices, order changes, and cancellations, and escalating only matters outside delegated authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience.
