Sales Operation Coordinator

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• 2-3 years working experience in sales operation support
• Experience in orders administration and sales documents preparation
• Prior exposure in trading company would be a great advantage
• Detail-minded, energetic, initiative and sense of responsibilities
• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ enquiries regarding order details and delivery schedules
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments on orders follow up
• Responsible for preparing quotation, purchase orders and monthly sales report
• Maintain order status in the system and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
