Sales Operation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by managing the administrative and logistical backbone of our project lifecycle. This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales team can focus on client relationships while you handle the operational complexities, from tender submission to vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Project Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing existing and ongoing projects. This includes liaising with a wide network of stakeholders—such as developers, architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, main contractors, and local/overseas vendors—regarding proposal preparation, amendments, and general project updates.
• Tender & Quotation Management: Support the sales team in preparing quotations and product specification sheets. You will assist in the full tender submission process, including document preparation, verification of Green Building compliance and certifications, tender price submission, and drafting Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for approval.
• Operational Analysis: Margin calculation, and preparing draft P&Ls for tender submissions.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as a support system for immediate client requests or issues in collaboration with the Project PIC (Person-In-Charge). Manage local and overseas vendors to secure price support and ensure all supplied materials meet project requirements.
• Business Development Support: Utilize the company's subscription system to identify new potential project leads. Share these leads with the sales team to ensure comprehensive coverage of all active projects in Malaysia.
