Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and services to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations

Analyze operating results with the team to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities

Monitor cashiering procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and minimize consumable wastage

Maintain labor productivity ratios by overseeing staff scheduling and workflow

Oversee inventories and order food, beverage products, supplies, and equipment to meet operational needs

Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance to support informed decision-making

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines

Excellent communication skills
