Sales Operation Senior Executive

• To analyzing, reviewing and monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data and provide detailed analysis of the sales performance.
• To do planning and forecasting sales target.
• To prepare Monthly Sales Meetings and Annual Business Plan.
• To analyze and provide strategic insights on market conditions, competitor analysis, sales target vs actual, etc.
• To coordinate and liaise with other teams to align strategic initiatives and action plans.
• To analyze and monitor department’s expense management including advertising & promotion expenses, travelling expenses, entertainment expenses etc.
• To prepare and provide any other data and report as requested by the Management and Headquarter.
• To assist in providing any other related sales & operation administrative support with the Sales Team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis or business support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
