Sales Operation Specialist

QSoftware is a business partner of Quest Software that offers Business Process Outsourcing for business services, such as sales, channel and alliance development, engineering support, professional services, marketing, and education. QSoftware has been contracted by Quest Software to provide exclusive Sales Operations Specialist service to Quest Software for Brazil, São Paulo among other markets.

If you accept this employment, you will be working for QSoftware and not for Quest Software.

This position will be mainly focused on generating and maintaining Salesforce reports, developing and analyzing Power BI dashboards, and processing and tracking orders in Salesforce to support the commercial operation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.
• Analyze commercial and financial data to provide insights and support business decision-making.
• Process and track commercial orders within Salesforce.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process, tools, and data visualization improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, commercial analysis, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI (required).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical profile with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (required).
