About the Role:

We are looking for a curious, commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Reddit team. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the numbers behind a sales program, working out what they are really telling you, and explaining that simply to the people who need to act on it.

There are two sides to the role. The first is internal, working with our Program Manager and team leads to lift rep performance using measures such as activations, average sale value and pipeline health. The second is program reporting, supplying the data behind our weekly business review and understanding how it all comes together. You will not be starting from scratch. Most of our reporting already exists and is generated by our teams in the United States, so much of the early work is repurposing and tailoring what is already built for our market.

• Track rep and program performance against KPIs and flag what needs attention
• Prepare the reporting and data that supports our weekly business review
• Repurpose and tailor existing Salesforce reports and dashboards for our market
• Interrogate the data before drawing conclusions – check the source, confirm it is accurate, then explain what is driving the result
• Spot reporting gaps and build what is missing
• Translate complex data into clear, simple recommendations for people who do not work in the numbers every day
• Work closely with our analytics counterpart in the United States across a limited daily overlap

About You:

You do not need to have held an analyst title. We are just as interested in people from sales operations, optimisation, BPO and contact centre environments – including team leaders and managers who have pulled, presented and explained their own performance data.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience collating and reporting on data for a sales or performance-driven program with reps, KPIs and revenue targets
• A good working understanding of sales metrics from day one – what is measured, and why it matters at both rep and program level
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including comfort pivoting and reshaping data
• General CRM experience, ideally with one to two years in Salesforce. Experience building the back end of reports and dashboards in any CRM is what counts here, rather than using the system as an end user
• The ability to talk through your thinking – how you spotted an issue, how you investigated it and what you did next
• Confidence troubleshooting independently when your overseas colleagues are offline
• A curious, coachable approach and clear communication skills
• Exposure to Looker or Google Workspace is an advantage but is not essential
