Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst | B2B SaaS | Remote | India

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Analyst to support a growing Sales organization.

This is a hands-on role focused on the systems, processes, data, and day-to-day workflows that help sales teams operate efficiently and close business faster.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce experience , a solid understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to work across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

What You’ll Do

Sales Process & Deal Support

• Own the order form and contract execution process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with deal terms
• Support deal desk activities, including non-standard deal reviews, discount approvals, and cross-functional coordination
• Maintain and improve sales process documentation, playbooks, and stage definitions
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase deal velocity and data quality

Salesforce & Systems

• Serve as a primary Salesforce resource for the Sales team
• Maintain opportunity hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and CRM workflow adherence
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering pipeline, activity, and quota performance
• Work with Salesforce administrators to translate Sales requirements into system improvements and configurations

Sales Enablement

• Coordinate onboarding for new Sales hires, including tool access and process training
• Maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, order form templates, pricing guides, and SOPs
• Act as a first point of contact for Sales questions relating to processes, systems, and deal execution

Reporting & Analytics

• Produce weekly and monthly Sales performance reports covering pipeline, bookings, win/loss, and rep-level activity
• Support quarterly business reviews and leadership reporting
• Analyze sales cycle trends, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
• Turn sales data into actionable insights for Sales and Revenue Operations leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with reports, dashboards, and opportunity management
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS or recurring-revenue sales organization
• Familiarity with order forms, contracts, and deal execution
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex operational processes into clear guidance for Sales teams

• Enterprise B2B Sales Operations
• Deal desk or CPQ experience
• Contract lifecycle management
• Salesforce administration or close partnership with Salesforce teams
• Sales engagement and enablement tools such as Gong, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
