Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

This role drives growth at the intersection of business and strategy by seamlessly onboarding key merchant partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and powering high-impact promotional campaigns to fuel expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle merchant onboarding requests, validate requirements, and ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams, monitor pending cases, and ensure onboarding is completed within required timelines.
• Process requests for merchant materials.
• Coordinate fulfillment with inventory, logistics, and vendors while tracking delivery and resolving delays.
• Identify recurring issues, manual processes, and operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Support testing, automation, and implementation of approved process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate merchant records, trackers, and supporting documents while ensuring data quality.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage exceptions, and escalate issues when needed.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in Operations, Banking, Fintech, Compliance, Onboarding, Document Verification, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with business and government documents and basic regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, data validation, and documentation skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to handle high-volume work while meeting SLA/TAT.
