Sales Operations Assistant

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales pipelines, tracking sales performance data, and preparing reports
2. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
3. Assisting with the onboarding and training of new sales representatives
4. Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
5. Supporting the sales team with various tasks and projects as needed
6. Will be coordinating with Logistics

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience in a sales operations or administrative support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
