- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Present franchise opportunities and assist applicants.
- Coordinate franchise applications and opening requirements.
- Prepare reports and franchise documents.
- Represent the company at business events and franchise expos.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, account management, or franchising.
- Food service, retail, or franchise experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
