SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SALES OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE to support business operations through accurate data analysis, efficient reporting, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with CRM platforms, and the ability to translate datasets into meaningful business insights. This role plays a key part in improving reporting efficiency, maintaining data quality, and supporting data-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Examine datasets to identify performance trends, business patterns, discrepancies, and areas for optimization.
• Design, develop, and update dashboards and reporting systems to monitor business performance.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information across various platforms.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide relevant data to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Extract, organize, and evaluate information from Salesforce CRM and other business applications.
• Track, assess, and report on sales results, call center productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• One to three years of professional experience in data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, or a comparable position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly in data extraction, report generation, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Zoom Dialer or similar call center dialing and workforce platforms.
• Exposure to data visualization and querying tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
