Sales Operations Associate/OTC Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Plot all requests to the delivery and collection schedule (google sheet for proper dispatch).
• Monitor and Encode Boxes from POI nurses (PLDT/POI/MMC).
• Viber all delivered and collected items to respective group of Reps.
• Encoding of Receipts (LF/SI/PF/DR) before forwarding to Acctg.
• Monitor receipts (SI, DR, PF and CR) issued and enter the details thru our receipts google tracker.
• Receive collections (both from hospital and direct payments) and log in the details to the accounting logbook / Enter receipt details into our receipt tracker.
• Check emails and process P.O for delivery and P.O for invoicing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients / clients.
• Assist in all transactions related to biologics.
• Preparation of all the documents required to complete the attachment for the delivery (IRF, Sales Invoice, DR/LF, Etc).
• Maintain an updated monitoring of all guarantee letters submitted by the patients.
• Prepare and compile required documents for the guarantee letters (once the case is
• done).
• Send and prepare Sales Quotations as needed by the patients (DSWD, Office of the President, PCSO, etc.).
• Send and Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) as requested by the medical representatives (for patients requesting only).
• Assist the medical representatives and attend to their requests.
• Attend and prepare presentations for the weekly and monthly meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Willing to work in Makati City
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
