Due to business expansion on the Serbian market and the growth of our R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.

We are looking for: Sales Operations BI Developer & Data Analyst – EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for revenue, shipments, forecasts, pipeline, quotations, and sales performance.

• Analyze opportunity, Technical Evaluation, Design-In, Design-Win, and Mass Production data to support EMEA Sales.

• Integrate data from Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ERP, Finance, shipment, and other internal systems .

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines, reporting models, and data-quality controls .

• Use Python or similar programming languages for data extraction, transformation, automation, and advanced analysis.

• Develop reliable datasets, data models, and standardized KPI calculations for EMEA Sales.

• Automate recurring reports and manual sales operations activities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Identify commercial trends, pipeline risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities through data analysis.

• Develop forecasting and predictive models to support business and management decisions.

• Support AI applications for account intelligence, opportunity analysis, risk identification, and recommended next actions.

• Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies between CRM, shipment, revenue, and forecast information .

• Establish and maintain technical documentation, data definitions, and reporting governance.

• Work closely with Sales Operations, Regional Sales, Finance, IT, and Global teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Maintain appropriate data access, security, and confidentiality standards .

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering , or a related field.

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Sales Operations Analytics, or a similar role .

• Strong experience with Power BI , including dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting.

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, sales, finance, or other business data .

• Good knowledge of SQL and data transformation .

• Experience with Python or a similar programming language for data analysis and automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

• Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial KPIs is an advantage.

• Knowledge of AI, predictive analytics, or automation solutions is an advantage.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.

• English at B2–C1 level .
