What they need
Job Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end order process (Order to shipment)
Coordinate with sales, factory, and supply chain on order status and delivery
Support demand forecasting and production planning alignment
Monitor backlog, shipment schedules, and customer commitments
Create the shipping notice once received the shipping report from customer
Administrative:
Maintain ERP data accuracy and order documentation
Support reporting and internal compliance requirements
Minimum Requirement :
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Order Management within EMS, electronics, or manufacturing, with hands-on ERP system experience
Strong cross-functional coordination across sales, factory, and supply chain to support order fulfillment and delivery
Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented
