About the role

This person will join the team of 2 (existing), with a primary focus on supporting CRM operations, data analysis, and sales performance insights. The role is highly data-driven, requiring strong expertise in Salesforce, CRM administration, reporting, and interpreting sales data to drive business decisions. A key responsibility is conducting win/loss analysis, understanding sales performance trends, and providing insights that help improve pipeline quality and conversion rates. Work closely with stakeholders to analyse market data before strategic decisions are made, ensuring the business has the right information to plan expansion and growth initiatives.

About you

• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and data analysis
• Comfortable working with large datasets using Excel/CRM reporting tools
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Analytics, or Business Analytics with a focus on sales performance and pipeline analysis
• Solid understanding of how Salesforce data is structured, extracted, and leveraged for reporting and business analysis
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
