Sales Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and coordinate the technical sales quotations, tenders, and proposals for existing and/or prospective customers

• Validate and execute sales activity effectively and efficiently from CRM till order execution processes

  • Clarify customer needs and requirements
  • Check the specification and pricing from relevant sources to ensure the accuracy of quotation
  • Feedback to customer on Request for Quotation (RFQ) within stipulated time frame
  • Validate Purchase order sent by customers against agreed quotation prior generating Sales Order
  • Update customers on the delivery date

• Recommend solutions proactively required by customers to enhance client satisfaction

• Provide excellent customer service and build up good relationship with customer at all times.

• Served as a liaison between outdoor sales force, supply chain team, and customers.

• Maintain and update customer database in ERP system

Knowledge/ Skills / Competencies:

● Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

● Team oriented and able to work independently

● Must have a pro-active, can-do attitude.

● Must have a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.

● Must be able to effectively prioritise and manage workloads.

● Must be organised and skilled in time management.

● Good interpersonal and communication skills

● Must have experience working either face to face or over the telephone with customers within an office environment

● Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excels
