Sales Operations Coordinator

Encorp is hiring a system-oriented sales professional to own the full order cycle from first inquiry to final payment collection.

Role & responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities are stated in summarised KRA form as below:

1. Inquiry management > Logging every inquiry in the ledger; getting BOM, QAP and drawings; handing over to PPC

2. Costing and quotation > Costing with Production; RM rates with Purchase; sending quotations; tracking inquiry stages

3. Order initiation and planning > Work order creation; collecting customer documents; leading the kickoff meeting and Order Roadmap

4 Order tracking, MIS and records > Order-specific MIS; target vs actual; real-time dispatch, sales and collection data; record of key order communications

5. Cross-functional coordination > Liaison with Purchase (RM cost and status), Quality (inspections), PPC and Production (order updates)

6. Order closure and reconciliation > Order Closure Report; order completion certificate from customer

7. Receivables and debtors management > Order-wise and customer-wise debtors reports; follow-up and collections; bad debt recovery including visits

8. Customer satisfaction > Responsiveness and quality of communication as the customer's single point of contact

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, covering both pre-sales and post-sales / order management.
• Hands-on experience with inquiry-to-order processes in a B2B or manufacturing setup.
• Working knowledge of technical documents such as BOM, QAP and drawings.
• Strong MS Excel skills for ledgers, MIS, trackers and reconciliation reports.
• Proven record of following up on receivables and collections.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
• Exposure to engineering, fabrication or project-based manufacturing orders.
