We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator

to join us at an exciting stage of growth and help build the systems and relationships that power our sales engine.

THE ROLE

You'll work closely with the Head of Sales

, acting as the operational backbone of our commercial team. This is a hands-on role spanning administration, systems, retail partner communication, and business development support — ideal for someone who's organized, numbers-driven, and energized by a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support day-to-day sales administration and operational workflows
• Maintain and improve internal systems and reporting tools
• Serve as a key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and order management
• Assist with business development efforts, including research and outreach
• Help prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep sales operations running efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail
• Intuitive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury goods is a plus, but not required
