Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage general inquiries/ by providing details such as delivery lead time, Product type

we have & meeting customer dateline.

• To manage and able to handle e-invoicing, pricing policy and collection
• To manage documentation of any relevant support document required.
• Arrange Courier sample / document to customer
• For new customer/existing customer; to register/maintenances in SAP business data partnership.
• To assist support customer order from PO, delivery arrangement & invoicing
• System and documentation control customer records of purchase, DO, Invoices (e-invoicing)
• Communicate with internal department on any direct request or unresolved issue
• MSCR, Item code and etc for new product set up for existing customer order.

Person Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma In Business, Sales, Marketing Or Related Qualification;

• At Least 1 Years Working Experiences in Sales and Customer Service Role in Manufacturing and The Best Building Materials Industry with A Proven Track Record.

• Good Command of Spoken and Written English and Bahasa Malaysia;

• Ability To Speak Mandarin or Other Language Will Be an Added Advantage;

• Possess Good Interpersonal Skills, Selling Skills, Effective Communicate Skills, Negotiation Skills,

  Distributor and Account Management Skills, All Soft Skills Related on Selling Glass Mineral Wool,

  Ability on Glass Mineral Wool Technical Skill Will Be an Added Advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong process adherence.
• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
• Itermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Customer service values / orientation
• Solid knowledge of product and service order policies and processes
• Solid professional work behaviours (attendance, teamwork, time management).
• Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and communication channels.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills.
