Job highlights

Key Responsibilities:

1. DISCOM Liaison Net Metering

• Coordinate regularly with DISCOM officials for smooth processing of customer net metering applications.
• Conduct regular visits to DISCOM offices and follow up on applications at different stages.
• Track application status and ensure timely movement of cases through the net metering process.
• Follow up on pending approvals, inspections, documentation, and meter installation.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant DISCOM officials with support from the District Head.
• Identify and resolve DISCOM-related bottlenecks to ensure adherence to defined TATs.
• Escalate critical delays and unresolved cases to the District Head / Sales Head.

2. Field Customer Coordination

• Conduct field visits with dealers/salespersons to understand ground-level execution issues related to net metering.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, and salespersons for completion of required documentation and formalities.
• Share the latest DISCOM requirements, documentation, fee structures, processes, and TATs with relevant teams.
• Ensure required documents are submitted accurately and within defined timelines.

3. Reporting Process Tracking

• Track net metering applications from submission through approval, meter installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure all application stages and updates are accurately captured in LSQ/other platforms.
• Maintain accurate MIS and dashboards covering application status, pending cases, TATs, and bottlenecks.
• Provide regular operational updates and insights to the Sales Head / District Head.
• Monitor customer TAT across net metering milestones and drive timely resolution of delays.

4. Sales Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with Installation Operations for timely site survey, installation, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Accounts and other internal teams for required customer documentation and process completion.
• Ensure smooth handover and movement of documents across Sales, Installation, DISCOM, and other stakeholders.
• Support resolution of operational issues impacting net metering approval and project commissioning.
