Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support Sales Operations through quotation management, reporting, MIS preparation, sales coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations based on inputs received from Sales and Delivery teams.
• Track quotation approvals, Purchase Orders (POs), and order status with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and management dashboards.
• Monitor quotation-to-order conversion, pending POs, and sales performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting through Advanced Excel.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Supply Chain Finance, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
