Sales Operations Intern — Keeta Brazil | São Paulo (on-site)

Keeta, the delivery platform of the Meituan group, is building its operation in Brazil — and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Intern to join the ride.

This is not a “make slides” internship. You’ll work side by side with the commercial team, helping turn numbers into decisions that directly shape how we grow hundreds of merchant partners.

What you’ll do:

• Support the commercial team in breaking down business targets and defining the key sales metrics that drive goal achievement
• Monitor business metrics, spot abnormal fluctuations, and push for optimization
• Help build data dashboards that support sales strategy and business analysis
• Collect market, competitor, and merchant intelligence to identify growth opportunities
• Support merchant onboarding monitoring and problem-solving
• Contribute to project management that keeps key business objectives moving

What you’ll bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Economics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields are a plus)
• Full professional English (working language). Mandarin is a significant plus
• Strong detail orientation and critical thinking — you know where the real impact is
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fast-response environment
• Strong cross-functional communication with multicultural teams across time zones
• Excel/Google Sheets; SQL, Python, or BI tools are a plus
