Costal Leather Bags, a local Filipino leather brand, is looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support daily e-commerce and retail operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketplace management, sales reporting, inventory monitoring, and event preparation under the guidance of our Sales Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updating product listings and checking product information and stock availability across online marketplaces.
• Monitor listing issues, campaign participation, and marketplace concerns.
• Gather and encode sales data, update trackers, and prepare draft reports.
• Record live-selling data and assist with post-event sales encoding.
• Maintain product records and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Monitor and categorize customer inquiries, prepare information for responses, and escalate complex concerns to assigned staff.
• Prepare event inventory checklists and support event preparation.
• Organize operational documents and follow up on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data encoding and tracking.
• Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
• Can handle company and customer information confidentially.
• Available for the three-month (and beyond) internship and the required hybrid schedule.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces is an advantage, but not required.

Schedule and Allowance

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid Setup (depends on the requirements)
• Allowance: ₱200 per actual office day
