Position Summary

The role is responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data, maintaining commercial reporting, supporting order and pipeline management, and coordinating information between Sales, Dealers and internal functions.

The position provides operational and analytical support to the Sales team, helping ensure data accuracy, visibility on business performance and timely follow-up of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Operations Sr. in monitoring order intake, sales performance, backlog, stock and forecasts;
• Maintain and update sales databases, reporting tools and commercial dashboards;
• Support the preparation of monthly and periodic sales reports, presentations and management reporting;
• Monitor the sales pipeline, supporting the collection and consolidation of opportunities from dealers and sales teams;
• Analyze sales data by market, dealer, product, model and period, identifying relevant trends and deviations;
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure alignment on orders and delivery time.

Main Activities:

• Update and maintain sales and order reports;
• Collect information from Area Managers and Dealers;
• Prepare sales performance analyses and dashboards;
• Monitor pipeline evolution and opportunity status;
• Support monthly forecasting activities;
• Support the analysis of dealer sales and purchasing trends;
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on commercial data reconciliation.

Profile Wanted

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field;
• 13 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Controlling, Commercial Planning or a similar role;
• Previous experience in an international or industrial company is considered a plus;
• Experience working with sales data and reporting tools is preferred.

Technical and soft skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint;
• Experience with ERP (As400/SAP), Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI);
• Good analytical and numerical skills;
• Good understanding of sales and commercial KPIs;
• Fluent written and spoken English, French is a plus;
• Analytical and structured approach;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Proactive and hands-on attitude;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines;
• Curiosity and willingness to develop a broader understanding of the business.
