Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, data analysis, and reporting processes to support our sales strategy and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimise the end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, customer relationship management, and sales reporting
2. Analyse sales data and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
3. Develop and implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address any bottlenecks or challenges in the sales pipeline
5. Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed
6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
3. Proficient in using sales and reporting software, including CRM systems and data analytics tools
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders
5. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
6. Familiarity with the healthcare or wellness industry regulations and best practices
7. Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
8. We are seeking for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
