The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an exciting Sales Operations Manager opportunity with an established international technology business operating within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sector.

This position combines hands-on sales operations, customer account management and team leadership , making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations professional looking to progress into management.

You will lead a small team of Sales Operations Analysts while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service to ensure efficient order execution, accurate forecasting and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts.
• Manage operational activities for key customer accounts.
• Oversee sales forecasting, demand planning and order management.
• Monitor customer orders, backlog, delivery schedules and supply commitments.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align customer demand with production capacity.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational activities for new product introductions (NPI).
• Identify and resolve issues affecting order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate information within CRM and ERP systems.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain or a related function.
• Experience within semiconductors, electronics, high-tech manufacturing or an industrial environment would be advantageous.
• Previous team leadership, mentoring or project management experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, demand planning and order management.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce .
• Confident working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
