Sales Operations Manager

Help shape the commercial success of a growing pharmaceutical organization! My client is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Manager to strengthen customer partnerships, streamline commercial operations, and ensure seamless pharmaceutical distribution nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage wholesaler, GPO, hospital, and IDN relationships
• Coordinate customer onboarding and product launches
• Support contracting opportunities, bids, and RFPs
• Partner with EVERSANA on fulfillment, pricing, chargebacks, and returns
• Monitor commercial performance and resolve account issues
• Streamline workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams

About You

• Relevant degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Pharmaceutical sales or commercial operations expertise
• Knowledge of wholesalers, GPOs, chargebacks, and contract pricing
• Experience with 3PL providers and pharmaceutical distribution
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and commercial reporting
