Role Overview Responsible for driving sales performance across Gujarat and Maharashtra through an efficient distributor and stockist network, with a strong focus on secondary sales, distribution expansion, and field force productivity.

Key Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors and stockists

Strengthen general trade channels (retailers, chemists, wholesalers)

Ensure stock availability, billing efficiency, and distributor ROI

Monitor and improve field force productivity (calls, POB, conversions)

Track and achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)

Analyze sales data, secondary trends, and regional performance

Implement strategies to improve distribution reach and efficiency

Monitor stock levels, expiry management, and collections

Conduct field visits and ensure adherence to performance metrics

Key Requirements Graduate (Science/Pharma preferred); MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus

5-10 years of pharma general trade experience

3-5 years in distributor-led markets (Gujarat/Maharashtra mandatory)

Strong expertise in secondary sales and channel management

Experience managing field teams (ASM/FSO level)

Proficiency in Gujarati or Marathi (mandatory)

Strong analytical and reporting skill

Working Details 6-day work week (office-based)

2 interview rounds (final round: face-to-face)
