Sales Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

* Sales Promoter Management Support: Responsible for sales promoter onboarding/offboarding procedures, salary and commission calculation; compiling sales promoter rosters and remaining leave; arranging store promotional materials (POSM); assisting with roadshows and sales promoter meetings.

* Sales Operations Support: Providing sales operations support, managing the logistics of non-sales materials, and ensuring timely order processing to meet customer needs.

* Core Operations Support: As the main force in operations, supporting sales data entry and report integration; and providing backup support for price setting, accounts payable transactions, and purchase order creation in the SAP system.

* Relationship Maintenance: Establishing good relationships with sales promoters and understanding their needs through daily communication and regular store visits.

* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Other Tasks: Completing other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements and Experience:

* Associate's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in retail, customer relations, or sales promoter management preferred.

* Strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a team player.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin preferred.

* Proficient in MS Office software (PPT, Excel, Word), experience with SAP systems preferred.

* Able to start immediately will be given priority consideration.
