The role partners closely with Market Sales and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of complex cloud resale transactions, while driving standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across the operating model.

Roles and Responsibilities: Delivery OperationsOwn end to end delivery for Specialized (Cloud) Resale across assigned marketsEnsure adherence to SLAs, quality, compliance, and turnaround times for complex resale dealsAct as the final escalation point for high risk, non standard, or high value transactionsDrive operational stability, resilience, and readiness for scaleStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary operations interface with Market Sales, Cloud stakeholders, and Sales ExcellenceLead performance reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and align expectations proactivelyDrive resolution of issues through clear governance and timely communicationPeople LeadershipLead and develop Team Leads and senior specialists within Specialized ResaleBuild leadership bench strength, succession plans, and capability upliftPartner with HR on talent planning, hiring, performance, and retentionProcess Excellence TransformationDrive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvementSupport productivity, automation, and tooling initiatives in line with Sales Ops transformationLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, rework, or leakageGovernance ReportingEstablish strong governance, metrics, and reporting cadenceTrack and act on quality, productivity, utilization, and cost indicatorsProvide clear visibility to leadership on performance, risks, and priorities
