【Job Responsibilities】

1.Develop annual and monthly sales plans based on the company's overall strategic objectives, set sales targets, and determine market expansion strategies;

2.Manage production scheduling and order planning by coordinating with headquarters;

3.Collect and analyze sales data, monitor progress toward sales targets, adjust sales strategies as needed, and report work results to senior management;

4.Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor information, providing decision support for product pricing, promotions, and other strategic initiatives;

5.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

【Job Qualifications】

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major required;

2.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

3.Familiar with the local living and working environment, with a strong network of contacts;

4.Strong team spirit, excellent execution skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational and coordination abilities, and solid negotiation skills;

5.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software;

6.Able to communicate in basic English for daily conversations; proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
