Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Officer to coordinate CRM operations, sales systems, and internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including lead tracking, pipeline updates, and data accuracy.
• Monitor sales activities, lead allocation, and follow-up compliance.
• Develop and improve sales operational processes and workflows.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Provide operational support to sales teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Listing, Compliance and Administration departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales procedures and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage as Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
