Job Details

• Position Title: Sales and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with client leads, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and answer phone calls.
• Data Management: Update customer records, sales pipelines, and inventory logs in the system.
• Marketing Assist: Help prepare presentation materials, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Customer Service: Answer basic inquiries from clients via email or phone.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Attitude: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast team.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; past internship experience in sales or admin is a plus.

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
