Sales Order Admin

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Order Administrator to join the team at Technics Communication and Electronics Pte Ltd, based in the Jurong East West Region. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient processing and fulfilment of customer orders.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving and processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
2. Liaising with internal teams to coordinate order processing and delivery
3. Ensure all sales and contract data is accurate in the system
4. Keep and update sales contract data (terms, pricing, expiry, renewals)
5. Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery
6. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks
7. Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales order administration or customer service role, preferably within the electronics or technology industry
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
3. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
5. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
6. A team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
